To promote and maintain the beautiful resting place of the faithfully departed, the following summarizes the ARC Rules and Regulations established  to benefit the operation, the safety of its patrons, and care and permanent maintenance of the cemetery. All cemetery business must be transacted at the office. Persons other than cemetery officials are not authorized to conduct business for the cemetery. The following is only a summary.

We support the use of the Cemetery as a public space for the community, as long as visitors respect the solemnity of this city of the dead. We allow walkers, runners and bicycle riders to use our space. All visitors in the Cemetery must  use due caution on the roadways and paths, traversing the Cemetery grounds at their own risk. Climbing or leaning on monuments is dangerous, and not permitted.
